David Botfeld

David Botfeld is a veteran real estate developer with over 40 years of extensive experience in the industry. Throughout his lengthy career, David has developed, operated, and owned a diverse portfolio of multifamily, commercial, industrial, and retail assets. His deep expertise and strategic vision have been instrumental in the successful execution and management of numerous high-profile projects.

David began his professional journey at Touche Ross (now Deloitte) and quickly transitioned to real estate development, where he found his true passion and calling. David has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986.  His ability to navigate complex real estate transactions and his commitment to delivering exceptional value have earned him a respected reputation in the industry.

In addition to his professional achievements, David is a seasoned public speaker, having led seminars on personal development and communication for over 30 years. His dedication to mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals and his ability to inspire through public speaking have made a significant impact on the industry.

David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). His robust educational background, combined with his vast industry experience, positions him as a pivotal leader in the real estate sector.
